Tenant Violated Lease by Drug Activity

Landlord opted not to renew tenant's lease under the Work Advantage Program based on tenant's material noncompliance. Landlord then sued to evict tenant, citing various lease violations supporting its decision not to renew. Landlord claimed that tenant had additional occupants in the apartment. Tenant and her boyfriend also were arrested at the building for the sale and distribution of marijuana. Tenant and her boyfriend also were involved in fights at the building. The court ruled for landlord after a trial.
