Tenant Wasn't Involved in Son's Illegal Drug Activity

Landlord sued to evict tenant after tenant's son was arrested for sale of illegal drugs. The court ruled against landlord and dismissed the case. Tenant's son was arrested in a drug sale to an undercover officer, which took place down the block from tenant's apartment. The son gave his address as tenant's apartment. But in fact, the son didn't live with tenant and she didn't want him to live with her. She stated that she wasn't involved in her son's drug activities and that no such activities took place in the apartment.
