Tenant Can't Delay Warrant

Landlord NYCHA sued to evict tenant for ``nondesirability'' after drugs were found in plain view in her son's bedroom. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant then asked the court to delay issuance of an eviction warrant. She claimed that she had corrected the problem and that she hadn't engaged in any misconduct since the incident. The court ruled against tenant.
