Superintendent Service Provided

LVT Number: 12111

Tenant complained of a reduction in services because there was no longer a 24-hour superintendent in the building, and the telephone numbers provided by the nonresident owner were his own business and home telephone numbers. The DRA ruled against tenant, and tenant appealed and lost. The DRA's inspection had confirmed that landlord still provided sufficient building maintenance. Landlord stated that superintendent service was provided.
