Elevator Service Working at Time of Inspection

LVT Number: #24456

Rent-stabilized tenant complained of a reduction in building-wide services. The DRA ruled against tenant, who appealed and lost. Tenant claimed that rent should be reduced because there was no elevator from March 8 - May 21, 2011.
