LVT Number: 18724

Landlord sued to evict tenant for creating a nuisance. The court ruled for landlord after a trial. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord proved that overpowering odors came from tenant's loft, that tenant stored tremendous amounts of extremely flammable material there, and that the condition of tenant's loft presented a clear and present danger to other building occupants. This was confirmed by the trial court's on-site inspection.
