LVT Number: 14770

Landlord sued to evict tenant for allowing illegal activity in her apartment. Police with a search warrant had found 200 glassine envelopes of heroin inside. Tenant claimed that her son hid the drugs there. He didn't live with tenant, and she said she didn't know he'd done this. The court believed tenant and ruled against landlord. But the court warned tenant that she could no longer claim lack of knowledge if this happened again.
