Tenant Has Access to Storage Room

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled against tenant, and tenant appealed. Tenant again claimed that there was no storage space or bike room for tenants. The DRA ruled against tenant. Landlord showed that there was a storage room and that all tenants had a key for it. It was the same key as to the main front door.
