Tenant Didn't Clean Up Garbage from Apartment

Landlord sued to evict tenant for having excessive garbage and debris in his apartment. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement by which judgment was granted to landlord, but the eviction was delayed to give tenant a chance to clean up. When tenant didn't do so, landlord asked for permission to go ahead with the eviction. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant then asked the court for more time to clean up the apartment. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant had been given a chance, but didn't clean up the garbage in his apartment.
