Tenant Didn't Remove Rubbish from Apartment

Landlord sued to evict tenant for accumulating rubbish in her apartment and the building's common areas. Tenant agreed by stipulation to remove the boxes, papers, garbage, and debris from her apartment and the common areas within 30 days. When tenant didn't do so, landlord went back to court. The court gave tenant another 10 days to comply with the stipulation. Tenant still didn't remove the debris. The court then ruled for landlord, permitting eviction. Tenant had taken no action to comply with the stipulation. The conditions she created affected the interests of other tenants.
