Tenant Can't Stop Eviction

LVT Number: #23079

Tenant sued NYCHA, certain NYCHA officials, and two housing court judges, claiming that NYCHA violated his civil rights under federal law. Tenant asked the federal court to stop NYCHA and the judges from evicting him. He claimed that NYCHA was retaliating against him for speaking out on his radio program against NYCHA procedures and its failure to provide essential building services. The court ruled against tenant and dismissed the case. Tenant's complaint didn't state specific facts or distinguish between the supposed conduct of each individual and agency.
