Tenant Canceled Inspection

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced his rent. Landlord later applied for rent restoration based on restoration of services. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. The DRA had scheduled an inspection to check if services were restored. Tenant asked the inspector for a postponement because he would be away for a month. The inspector told tenant that a rescheduled inspection should take place within two weeks.
