No Security Camera in Laundry Room

Tenant complained of a reduction in building-wide services because a security camera installed in the building didn’t cover the laundry room. The DRA ruled against tenant, who appealed and lost. There was no camera in the laundry room previously. And the new security camera monitors covered the basement, main floor corridors, and the area in the back of the building.
