Laundry Room Services Provided on Inspection Date

Rent-stabilized tenants complained of a reduction in building-wide services. They claimed that laundry room services weren't being provided. The DRA ruled against tenants, based on inspection. Tenants appealed and lost. Tenants claimed that washers and dryers in the laundry room weren't working. But on the date of the DHCR's inspection, all washers and dryers were in working order. In response to tenants' complaint, landlord also had pointed out that the laundry room was recently renovated.
