Maid, Linen Services Required

Hotel-stabilized tenants complained of a reduction in building-wide services. They claimed that landlord had discontinued maid and linen services. The DRA ruled for tenants and ordered landlord to restore those services. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord argued that this was a minor condition because tenants didn't have maid or linen service for years before they complained. Maid and linen services are required in hotel-stabilized buildings under the Rent Stabilization Code.
