Landlord Proved Correction of Violations

Landlord applied for MBR rent increases. The DRA ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed, claiming that landlord hadn't corrected the required number of violations to be eligible for the rent increases. The DHCR ruled against tenant. Landlord had submitted an affidavit from a registered architect stating that he had personally inspected the violations claimed by tenant, and that all existing violations had been removed or corrected.
