Landlord Not Required to Add Name of Tenant's Son

Tenant complained that landlord didn't properly renew her lease, because he wouldn't add her son's name as cotenant. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord wasn't required to add the name of anyone to a renewal lease upon tenant's request unless that person was tenant's spouse.
