The DRA ruled against landlord based on the inspector's finding that one cabinet door wasn't level with its opposite door. Landlord appealed and won. Landlord installed new cabinets throughout the kitchen. The fact that one cabinet door wasn't exactly level with its opposite door didn't affect the ability to use the cabinet and was a minor defect. Landlord had restored the kitchen cabinet service.
