The trial court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed. Tenant claimed that her grandson lived in the back room of the apartment and that she had no idea that he was selling drugs. The court denied tenant's appeal. Given the quantity of drugs and other items found in various parts of the apartment, tenant's claim wasn't believable.
