LVT Number: 12207

Landlord sued to evict tenant for using his apartment for an illegal business. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed and lost. Tenant also didn't show that he was prejudiced by the lower court's refusal to delay the case for two weeks as tenant had requested.
