Dishwasher Recalled

Tenant complained of a reduction in services based on a defective dishwasher. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord had notified tenant that General Electric was recalling the dishwasher as a possible fire hazard. Landlord replaced the dishwasher. Between the time that landlord notified tenant of the recall and the installation of the new appliance, tenant continued to use the old dishwasher. So there was no reduction in services.
