Certificate of Electrical Inspection Submitted on Appeal

LVT Number: 8060

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on a boiler/burner installation. The DRA denied landlord's application in February 1990 because landlord didn't submit the required certificate of electrical inspection. Landlord appealed. Landlord had submitted one certificate to the DRA and stated that a second one would be submitted after a March 1990 inspection. Landlord submitted the second certificate with its PAR. The DHCR granted landlord's application. Except for the missing certificate, all other governmental approvals had been submitted.
