Work Related to Courtyard Rehab Qualifies as MCI

LVT Number: #24270

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on courtyard rehabilitation. The DRA ruled for landlord in part but disallowed some related work. Landlord appealed and won. Landlord installed canopies at each building entrance of the complex with new steel support beams and aluminum cladding. The work was directly related to and done at the time of the courtyard rehabilitation. So the cost was added to the approved MCI increase.
