Tenant's Husband Arrested with Drugs

The appeals court ruled against tenant. The trial court had fairly found from the proof presented that husband had access to the apartment and that there was drug activity in the building. Husband had been arrested in a store in the building, carrying marked money and 60 vials of crack. Husband had stated that he lived in the apartment, and landlord's property manager confirmed this.
