Tenant Partially Evicted

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Tenant claimed partial eviction. The court ruled for tenant and gave him a full rent abatement. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord put another tenant in the upstairs apartment that was rented to tenant and accepted rent from the other tenant. So tenant was partially evicted from the apartment he had rented and was entitled to a full rent abatement.
