Tenant Owes Unpaid Rent

Landlord sued tenant in small claims court for seven months of unpaid rent. The court ruled for landlord and awarded him $2,900. Tenant appealed and lost. The small claims court justly decided that tenant owed the rent in question. Tenant didn't show any error in the court's decision.
