Landlord and four tenant witnesses all testified that tenant kept 10 pigeons and two dogs in her apartment. This created offensive odors, unusual noise and vermin infestation, which substantially interfered with the comfort and safety of other tenants. Tenant claimed this wasn't true, but the court made a fair determination based on all the evidence presented.
