Tenant Illegally Sublet Apartment

Landlord operated its building under the Tenant Interim Lease Program. Landlord sued to evict tenant for illegal subletting. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord showed that after it denied tenant's request to sublet, tenant moved to Queens and an unrelated individual moved into his apartment.
