Tenant Denied Access to Exterminator

LVT Number: 13078

Tenant complained of a reduction in services based on problems with vermin control. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced her rent. The DRA later granted landlord's application to restore rent based on restoration of services. Tenant appealed, claiming she wasn't notified of landlord's rent restoration application. The DHCR ruled against tenant. Tenant's rent was restored based on the DHCR's own inspection and tenant's statement that she didn't allow extermination service in her apartment because of allergies.
