Tenant Can't Vacate Settlement Agreement

Landlord sued to evict tenant. Landlord and tenant signed a court-ordered settlement agreement. Tenant later asked the court to vacate the agreement. The court ruled against tenant, and tenant appealed. The appeals court also ruled against tenant. Tenant had entered into the settlement agreement voluntarily and had known what he was agreeing to. Tenant showed no reason why the court should vacate the agreement. Tenant also couldn't raise new issues for the first time on appeal.
