Tenant Can't Vacate Settlement Agreement

Landlord sued to evict tenant. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement in court. Tenant later asked the court to vacate the agreement. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant was represented by an attorney when she signed the settlement agreement. She now claimed that she suffered from a partial mental disability. But she presented no proof of this condition, and no proof that she didn't understand the terms of the agreement.
