LVT Number: #23107

NYCHA terminated the tenancy of tenant based on her dangerous conduct. Tenant filed a court appeal, claiming that NYCHA’s decision was arbitrary and unreasonable. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant already was on probation at the building for attacking and robbing a food delivery person. Since then she robbed another tenant. Tenant also had committed identity theft. Under the circumstances, NYCHA’s decision to permit eviction was fair.
