Tenant Allowed Daughter Into Apartment

Landlord NYCHA terminated tenant's lease because tenant violated probation. Landlord had warned tenant that she couldn't stay if she continued to allow her daughter into the apartment. Tenant appealed NYCHA's decision. The court and appeals court ruled against tenant. There was substantial proof that tenant knowingly and intentionally violated her prior agreement with landlord concerning her daughter's presence at the apartment.
