Surveillance Tapes Proved Tenant's Objectionable Conduct

Landlord sued to evict tenant for creating a nuisance. After a trial, the court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord presented ample proof of violent and antisocial behavior of tenant and her numerous guests and roommates. Proof included surveillance videotapes and documentation that the police had been called to the scene during some incidents.
