Roommate Can't Challenge Termination Notice

Landlord sued to evict rent-stabilized tenant for nonprimary residence. Tenant's roommate claimed that landlord's termination notice was defective and asked the court to dismiss the case. The court ruled against roommate. Landlord wasn't required to send roommate a copy of the termination notice. Roommate had no right to challenge the termination notice.
