LVT Number: 15284

Public housing tenant appealed NYCHA's termination of her tenancy based on violation of probation. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant had signed a prior settlement agreement with landlord agreeing not to permit her son on the property because he had previously been caught selling drugs there. During an unannounced inspection, tenant's son was found in the apartment. So tenant violated the settlement agreement and was subject to eviction.
