Public Housing Tenant Didn't Comply with Rules

The DHCR granted landlord's request for permission to evict tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. The DHCR's decision was reasonable. Tenant took occupancy of the apartment by improper means. Tenants must be selected from a waiting list and have their application for housing at Trump Village approved by the DHCR. Since tenant didn't comply with the rules, landlord could start an eviction case against her.
