Number of Elevator Attendants Reduced

Tenants complained of a reduction in building-wide services based on a reduction in the number of elevator attendants. The DRA ruled against tenants. Tenants appealed and lost. The removal of two elevator attendants from the freight elevators and the overall elimination of one building employee didn't constitute a decrease in services. One staff position was done away with. And one attendant now staffed the three freight elevators. This was a minor change in services, and no rent reduction was warranted.
