Tenant sued landlord for wrongful eviction. Landlord asked the court to dismiss the case without a trial. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. In a prior nonpayment case, tenant had signed a settlement agreement in which he agreed to move out, and landlord agreed to forgive all back rent owed. Tenant was represented by an attorney and there was no proof, as tenant claimed, that he was forced to sign the agreement.
