No Living Room Door When Tenant Moved In

LVT Number: 9694

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced her rent. Tenant appealed, claiming that there were additional conditions not confirmed by the inspection, which were still not corrected. Among other things, tenant claimed that the inspector overlooked that the living room door was missing in her apartment. But the inspection report showed that the inspector asked tenant whether there was a door when she moved into the apartment in 1968. Tenant said no.
