New Fuel Tank

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on the installation of a new fuel tank. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenants appealed, claiming that heat was inadequate since the new fuel tank was installed. The DHCR ruled against tenants. Landlord submitted sufficient documentation of proper installation of the new fuel tank. If the fuel tank wasn't providing adequate heat, tenants must file a complaint based on reduction in services.
