New Fuel Storage Tank

LVT Number: 15899

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on the replacement of a fuel storage tank. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed, claiming that he'd lived in the building for 22 years with the old heating system, and that it more than paid for itself. The DHCR ruled against tenant. His claim had no merit. Landlord was entitled to apply for an MCI increase for the new fuel storage tank.
