Landlord Fails to Prove Excessive Noise by Tenants

LVT Number: #25448

Landlord sued to evict tenants for making excessive noise. Landlord claimed that this violated tenants' lease. The trial court ruled against landlord, who appealed and lost. The trial court fairly interpreted the evidence presented, which included evaluation of witness testimony. And the court considered only relevant proof, excluding inadmissible evidence that landlord's attorney had objected to.
