Landlord Corrected Defective Conditions

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DHCR ruled against tenant and she appealed. The court and appeals court ruled against tenant. The DHCR's decision was reasonable. Tenant admitted that a number of the items complained of had been corrected by the time landlord responded to her complaint. The DHCR's records also showed that the other items either weren't grounds for a rent reduction or were the subject of other outstanding rent reduction orders.
