Landlord Can Provide Tenant with Alternative Storage Space

Landlord sued tenant to force her to vacate a storage space so that landlord could do building construction. The court ruled for landlord. It needed the space for its school and agreed to give tenant alternative storage space. If tenant wanted to use her own movers, she was directed to advise landlord immediately, and landlord would reimburse tenant up to $500.
