Fire Department Can Mail Computer-Generated Copies of Violation Notices to Landlord

The ALJ ruled against landlord. Landlord appealed and lost. After placing copies of the violation notices at the building, the Fire Department was required to mail landlord copies of those notices.

The computer-generated copies that the Fire Department mailed contained the same information as the copies left at the building, and nothing barred the Fire Department from sending computer-generated copies.
