Deceased Tenant's Sister Can't Get Apartment

Deceased tenant's sister sued landlord seeking to be restored to possession of tenant's apartment. The court ruled for the sister. Landlord appealed and won. Tenant's sister didn't have tenancy rights. She was only a licensee, and her license expired when tenant died.
