Cost of Masonry and Windowsill Replacement Included

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on pointing, waterproofing, and masonry replacement. The DRA ruled against landlord because it said landlord's application wasn't filed on time. Landlord appealed and showed that the application was filed on time. The DHCR ruled for landlord, granting rent increases for the pointing and waterproofing. The DHCR also granted increases for masonry and windowsill replacement because this work was directly related to the MCI.
