LVT Number: 6950

Landlord sued to evict tenants. Landlord and tenants signed a stipulation of settlement, which resulted in landlord getting a judgment of possession. Tenants later asked the court to vacate the stipulation. The court refused, and tenants appealed. The appeals court denied tenants' appeal. Tenants didn't show that they were forced into signing the stipulation or that the amount set forth in the stipulation was incorrect.
