Tenant's Daughter Can't Get Mitchell-Lama Apartment

Landlord sued to evict daughter of Mitchell Lama cooperative apartment after tenant died. The daughter claimed she had pass-on rights to the apartment. Tenant's daughter wasn't named in the 1992 and 1993 income/family composition statements filed by tenant and didn't otherwise prove that she lived in the apartment as her primary residence with tenant for the two-year period immediately preceding tenant's death. The court and appeals court ruled for landlord.
